Answer: This happens when you try to re-answer a question, to correct it simply log off and back in. This will correct the problem. We are working to find a solution to this problem.

Question: Why did I get a letter from TDLR telling me I have not completed my Continuing Education?
Answer: It takes TDLR 48 hours to update records. They automatically send the letter out if records haven't been updated. You should allow 48 to 72 hours after you complete your course before renewing license. CHECK COURSES YOU HAVE COMPLETED

Question: I took a course from TX Continuing Education .Com last year, Where do I login this year?
Answer: After each course is completed all login information is deleted. You must login under "NEW MEMBER"

Question: How long does it take for you to report my completion to TDLR?
Answer: We roport completions every morining between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM 7 days a week.

Question: I can't print my certificate. Can I save it and print it later?
Answer: Yes, You can save it by; clicking file, save as, and then save. Come back at any time and print it for your records.

Question: Why does the clock run down to zero seconds and my question does not appear?
Answer: 100% of the time your firewall is blocking a program that keeps the question from appearing. On your computer click "start" then click "control panel" then click "security center" then turn off the Firewall. problem solved?
